Patient Feedback Improves Access

Back to News

Thank you to all our patients who have participated in a recent patient satisfaction survey, or who have completed one of our compliment, comment or complaint forms.

As a result of your comments, we have recently purchased two portable wedge ramps to improve access to the practice for wheelchair users, prams and pushchairs, and anyone who finds negotiating the shallow steps at our front door difficult.

The ramps are lightweight and portable, and can quickly be slotted into place by our members of staff as required. Should you need the ramps, please alert our reception team by ringing the front door bell. Patients who have already tried them out say what a big improvement they make to the accessibility of the practice.

We always welcome feedback — thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve our service. Our patient care is at the heart of the dental service we provide.
